The Government of the People’s Republic of China has announced the opening of applications for the international scholarship programme entitled “Youth of Excellence” for the 2027/2028 academic year. The programme offers international applicants the opportunity to pursue a one-year master’s degree in China, with courses taught in English.

The main feature of the programme is full financial coverage of tuition and accommodation expenses. Thus, selected applicants will be able to benefit from comprehensive financial support to pursue their master’s studies in China.

Applicants wishing to participate in the programme must submit their documents by 29 March 2027. Registration is carried out through the official website of China’s government scholarship information system: studyinchina.csc.edu.cn. Applicants must register on the platform and complete the relevant online application form.
