The Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in Turkmenistan has announced the introduction of a new electronic queue system for consular services provided to citizens.

According to the new procedure, starting from August 7, 2026, appointments for visa processing, obtaining certificates of no criminal record, and document legalization will be conducted digitally.

Through the new system, citizens will be able to select their preferred appointment times in advance. Scheduling for appointment dates starting from September 1, 2026, will be available within the electronic queue system. To do this, users need to utilize the special module located on the homepage of the official website of the Belarusian Embassy.

During the transition period, the consular section of the embassy will also continue operating in its regular mode. Until the end of August 2026, the option to pre-register by phone in the traditional format remains available.

The introduction of the new electronic queue system is aimed at increasing the accessibility of consular services, saving citizens' time, and organizing the reception process more efficiently.
