The "Belet" streaming platform has officially launched a new music competition show titled "Tarap," designed to feature musical performers in a head-to-head format.

Held under the slogan "One stage, two sides, one winner" ("Bir sahna, iki tarap, bir ýeňiji"), the show brings together two established vocalists to compete live on the same stage. The musical contest spans 5 distinct rounds, evaluating each performer's vocal range, artistic skills, and stage mastery.

There is no professional jury on the show; the ultimate winner is decided entirely by the audience. Viewers can log into the "Belet" platform to watch the performances and cast their votes for their favorite artists in the dedicated "Siziň sesiňiz" (Your Vote) section.

The premiere episode of "Tarap" features a performance battle between Jahan Bagshy and Ybrayym Niyazmyradov.
