• For local companies — a valid certificate from the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan.

4. Composition of the Application Interested companies must submit the following documents:

• A completed and signed application form to participate in the tender (form provided upon request).
• Brief company information: full name, legal address, bank details; description of core activities; information on main projects and achievements.
• Documents confirming supply experience (contracts, acts of completion, customer reviews, etc.).
• Certificate from the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan (for local companies).
