Construction of the New Building Complex of the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute Enters Final Phase

A new science and education campus being created along Gorogly Street in our capital — the modern building complex of the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute, currently in its final stage of construction — will further beautify the white-marble city of Ashgabat. The new 5,000-seat building complex of the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute is a magnificent campus for students and professors, unparalleled in the region for its size and modern technological equipment.

The architectural appearance of the new complex, its unique foundation, and the soaring height of its 15-story main building amaze observers. The artistic placement of the compass (divider) shape — one of the most essential tools in the work of builders and architects — in the external decoration of the building reveals that this complex is a home for true professionals and creative builders.

The complex includes four modern academic buildings, a magnificent 1,000-seat assembly hall, a library to be equipped with the latest scientific publications, an exhibition center, and a sports complex meeting international standards, all forming a unified harmony. Every wall and decorative pattern here demonstrates a unique blend of our national architectural traditions with the most modern technologies. The project integrates the ancient cultural heritage and creative spirit of the Turkmen people with innovative solutions, high-speed digital systems, and "smart" building features.
