Recently, a lecture titled "Silent Automation: A New Stage of Efficiency" was organized at the Yagshygeldi Kakaýew International University of Oil and Gas by the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan, the Volunteer Center of the Magtymguly Youth Organization, and the Young Entrepreneurs Center under the Ashgabat City Committee of the Party of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan (PIET). Speakers included digital solutions expert Arslan Tekäýew, coordinator of the "Young Entrepreneurs" center and advisor to the Volunteer Center Merdan Ataýew, and Atamyrat Ylýasow, chairman of the university's Magtymguly Youth Organization unit.
Students and teachers actively participated in the seminar. Participants received information on how digital technologies help organize business processes more efficiently, accurately, and quickly.
In his speech, Arslan Tekäýew noted that automation is not only the task of large IT teams or foreign companies. According to him, local specialists who deeply understand business processes can also successfully implement digital systems. He emphasized that manual execution of administrative tasks such as budget consolidation, guest registration, and business trip approvals is time-consuming and prone to errors.
The expert stated that all internal digital systems are developed solely based on internal capabilities and operate fully on-premise. Such solutions are aimed at reducing repetitive tasks, easing the workload of employees, and improving overall work quality.
During the lecture, it was specifically highlighted that automation is not intended to replace employees, but to support their work, save time, and increase efficiency. The Q&A session at the end of the event turned into an interesting exchange of ideas on digital skills, automation, and professional development.
Merdan Ataýew also spoke, addressing the importance of professional choice for youth and strengthening the link between production and education. He noted that the harmonious development of the education system with production in the current era increases the competitiveness of young specialists.
Atamyrat Ylýasow also delivered a speech during the event. He drew attention to the significance of declaring 2026 as the year of "Independent, eternally Neutral Turkmenistan — the land of horse-paced fulfilled dreams," noting that all conditions are being created in the country for youth to grow up educated, broad-minded, and highly moral.
