The Dovletmammet Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages has been awarded a Certificate of Commendation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan for its contributions to teaching the Japanese language and developing cultural and humanitarian relations between the two countries.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan announced the list of individuals and organizations receiving the Minister’s Certificate of Commendation for 2026. The Dovletmammet Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages is included on the list.
The Certificate of Commendation is presented to individuals and organizations from various countries around the world that have made outstanding contributions to strengthening international relations with Japan and developing friendly relations between the two countries.
In 2026, 159 individuals and 67 organizations from different countries were selected to receive this prestigious award.
The Dovletmammet Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages receiving the award demonstrates recognition of the institution’s work in teaching the Japanese language and training specialists in this field.
The award also serves as a symbol of the high appreciation given to the institute’s contribution to the development of cultural and humanitarian cooperation between Turkmenistan and Japan, as well as mutual understanding between the peoples of the two countries.
