Eid Prayer in Turkmenistan to be Performed on March 20

On March 20, the festive prayer marking the end of Oraza — the prayer of Oraza Bayram (Eid al-Fitr) — will be performed in all mosques across Turkmenistan. According to Islamic tradition, the festive prayer is performed in congregation at mosques in the morning, approximately 30–40 minutes after sunrise.

The festive prayer will begin in different regions of the country at the following times:

• Ashgabat and Arkadag — 08:00
• Ahal Province — 08:00
• Balkan Province — 08:15
• Dashoguz Province — 07:55
• Lebap Province — 07:40
• Mary Province — 07:50

It is recommended to confirm the exact time at each mosque with the imam or local religious authorities, as the prayer time may vary slightly depending on the specific location.
