Exemplary work of women: the experience of Gültäç Myradowa

Women contribute diligently in all sectors of the national economy. One such young yet professionally accomplished and respected colleague is Gültäç Myradowa, computer operator of the Digital Technologies and Information Security Department at the “Lebapawtoulag” production association.

Getting to know her closely, it becomes clear that skill, talent, and dedication lead to great achievements and well-deserved recognition. Gültäç’s daily work and life experience serve as a role model for many. Two years ago, she successfully graduated from the Turkmen State Institute of Economy and Management as a manager-economist and has been working diligently in the association ever since.

Her department requires high responsibility: understanding the GPS system of each vehicle, improving employee efficiency, and effectively utilizing digital economy tools. Gültäç’s knowledge, decisiveness, ability to communicate with colleagues, soft and kind character, and valuable guidance from experienced mentors help her perform her duties masterfully.

All production vehicles and buses of the association are fully equipped with GPS systems for passenger and cargo transport. This enables accurate vehicle location tracking and operational control.

“My role is to monitor daily the operation of passenger and cargo vehicles within the region, between cities, inside cities, and suburban routes using digital systems. Modern technologies help us carry out our work smoothly and efficiently,” Gültäç says.

In the era of the Rise of the New Epoch, young people respond to the great care provided to them, fully support the initiatives of the respected President, and contribute to national development through honest work. As fairly noted in the first major work of the Head of State, such youth become a true support for their homeland.
