FLEX Program – 2026-2027 School Year

The Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan and the U.S. Embassy in Turkmenistan announce registration for the FLEX (Future Leaders Exchange) program competition for high school students for the 2026–2027 school year. Winners of the program have the opportunity to live with American host families and attend U.S. high schools.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Students born between January 1, 2009 and May 31, 2010 (not in military service)
• Current high school students with strong academic performance
• Proficiency in English
• Have not lived in the U.S. for more than 3 months in the last 5 years
• Meet U.S. visa requirements
• Turkmen citizen

• Birth certificate or passport (original)
• 3×4 photograph
• Pen
• School uniform
