The State Migration Service of Turkmenistan has launched a new online registration system for the temporary registration of foreign citizens and stateless persons staying in the country.

The new system allows foreign citizens, as well as physical and legal entities hosting them, to register at their place of stay via the internet without the need to visit migration service offices.

This digital service was created in connection with the amendments made to the Law of Turkmenistan "On Migration." These amendments modernized the rules regarding the registration of foreign citizens and stateless persons at their place of stay, the extension of their stay in Turkmenistan, and their deregistration.
