Forum on Caspian Region Logistics to Be Held in Astrakhan

On April 15–16, 2026, the 5th International Forum “Transport and Logistics of the Caspian Region – 2026” will take place in the city of Astrakhan. The forum will focus on key issues related to cargo transportation along the international North–South Transport Corridor and adjacent routes, according to the event organizers.

The forum’s business program will aim to establish a unified transport and logistics space within the Caspian transport and logistics hub, improve the efficiency of cargo transportation, assess infrastructure readiness of routes, and ensure navigation on the Volga River in 2026.

The agenda will also cover issues of customs regulation, document circulation, and cross-border financial settlements.

More than 250 participants are expected to attend, including representatives of ports and terminals, logistics and transport companies, cargo owners, industry associations, and government authorities.

The forum is organized by VIVA KONSALT in cooperation with the Afanasy Nikitin Association. The event will be held with the support of several industry associations, including the “Türkmen Logistika” Association.
