Halaç Spinning Factory Exceeded Its Annual Plan

Among the enterprises in Lebap province that successfully completed last year is the yarn spinning factory in Halaç district. Over the year, the factory produced goods worth 113,510,000 manats, achieving 140.2% of its annual plan. This shows an increase in both production and sales compared to previous years.

In total, 2,963 tons of yarn were sold, with 2,226 tons exported to Uzbekistan and Russia, totaling 72,309,000 manats. Part of the yarn was supplied to domestic textile factories. Their needs for the new year have been studied, and necessary measures are being taken to meet them.

The factory is equipped with spinning machines from the Italian company Marzoli and produces five types of yarn. The “Nm17/1” yarn is in particularly high demand. Yarn of 20, 27, and 34 gauges is also produced. After cotton fibers pass through cleaning, sorting, and carding machines, they undergo several processing stages, including combining eight fibers into one. Then the yarn is partially twisted and sent to the spinning department for ring spinning.
