IIC specialists improve the operation of the "e-Mekdep" educational platform

The "e-Mekdep" platform is being actively developed in Turkmenistan. It is a digital management system that unites school principals, teachers, parents, and students within a single information environment. The system transfers diaries, schedules, and all school reports into an electronic format.

To ensure the stable operation of the platform in all regions, the Ministry of Education regularly conducts online consultations. These events take place every Friday from 10:00 to 12:00 via video conference.

Specialists from the Innovation and Information Center (IIC) assist their colleagues in the provinces in mastering the technical features of the system. During these meetings, center staff provide clear instructions and resolve complex issues that arise.

A vital part of the consultations is the feedback loop. Teachers and principals share their suggestions for improving the service, which helps make the "e-Mekdep" system more convenient and efficient for daily use.

This interaction format allows for the uniform implementation of digital standards across the country. This ensures that school education in rural areas and large cities is equally modern and transparent.
