In connection with the current situation in the Middle East region, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, based on the principles of humanitarianism and mutual respect, and being firmly committed to fulfilling its international obligations, reports that it provides all necessary conditions for foreign citizens, vehicles, and railway transport to cross the Turkmen-Iranian border. At the same time, all international checkpoints on the state border are operating as usual.

As of March 4, more than 200 people from 16 countries, including Central Asian states, China, Russia, the USA, Finland, Sweden, the Netherlands, Germany, Türkiye, and Saudi Arabia, entered Turkmenistan from neighboring Iran.
