Founded in 1996, the “Ak gaýa” Economic Society has extensive experience in providing construction mixes to our compatriots. Starting production brought even greater prestige to the company. The enterprise, located in the Turkmenbashi district of Balkan Province, produces construction mixes and gypsum board, which plays an important role in replacing imports in our country. The mixtures and gypsum boards produced here are highly appreciated by customers for their superior quality.
At “Ak gaýa”, 75% of the employees are skilled workers, and the combination of their efforts with modern European technologies ensures high production capacity. The enterprise annually produces an average of 35,000 tons of construction mixes and 1.5 million square meters of gypsum board. It is worth noting that the prepared construction mixes are widely used in major construction projects across the country.
Modern mixtures and gypsum boards, intended for leveling and finishing interior walls of buildings, are in high demand. A significant part of the raw material comes from natural deposits near the Akdash settlement in the Turkmenbashi district of Balkan Province, ensuring the high quality of “Ak gaýa” construction products. These products are in demand not only domestically but also abroad. The construction mixes are exported to the Russian Federation, Georgia, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, and Azerbaijan.
The year 2025 was particularly successful for “Ak gaýa”, as a production line for profiles and 60x60 cm ceilings was established at the enterprise in the Akdash settlement. Both local and imported raw materials are used in profile production. Four types of galvanized metal profiles are produced, including so-called “niche profiles” that ensure the straightness, precision, and compactness of open sections for walls and doors. In addition, “C” and “U” profiles for plasterboard and suspended ceilings, as well as “T” profiles for 60x60 cm ceilings, are manufactured.
The newly produced ceilings are widely used in administrative buildings, offices, and educational institutions. About 80% of the raw materials for this product are locally sourced. Ceilings are prepared using finishing mixtures applied to both the front and back of the gypsum board. To launch new production lines, modern technologies from the Republic of Turkey were installed at the “Ak gaýa” enterprise.
Expanding production directions has also created new jobs for the residents of the region. — The skilled workers at the enterprise continue to work with dedication to perfect their craft, reflecting that 2026 will be an even more successful year for “Ak gaýa”. We express our gratitude to our National Leader, Hero Arkadag, and our respected President, Hero Serdar, for supporting small and medium-sized enterprises that lay the foundation for great achievements, — said Orazmyrat Apov, General Director of “Ak gaýa”, expressing pride in the company’s accomplishments.
