
On February 16, a "Brain-ring" competition was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan with the participation of students. It was attended by students from Magtymguly Turkmen State University, the International University for the Humanities and Development, the Dovletmammet Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages, and the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. The competition, organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, the Berkararlyk district Council of Ashgabat of the Magtymguly Youth Organization of Turkmenistan, and the IIR of the MFA, was dedicated to the Day of Diplomatic Workers of Turkmenistan, celebrated in 2026 under the motto "Independent, permanently Neutral Turkmenistan – the land of fulfilled goals with the speed of a stallion."
The goal of the competition is to explain to the youth the significance of the permanent Neutrality of Turkmenistan and the essence of the peace-loving initiatives of our state in the Era of the Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, to promote the country's foreign policy and international economic opportunities, and to identify talented young people.
According to the results of the exciting "Brain-ring" competition, the student team of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan won the Grand Prize. The team from the International University for the Humanities and Development took 1st place, the team from Magtymguly Turkmen State University took 2nd place, and the team from the Dovletmammet Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages took 3rd place.
The winning teams were presented with gifts from the Berkararlyk district Council of Ashgabat of the Magtymguly Youth Organization of Turkmenistan.
