“Iran Proje” Exhibition to Be Held in Ashgabat

A meeting was held on Friday in Ashgabat between the Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan and the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Turkmenistan, Ali Mojtaba Rouzbehani. During the meeting, the parties discussed issues related to organizing the specialized exhibition of the Islamic Republic of Iran titled “Iran Proje,” which is planned to be held this year.

According to the official press service of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan, the discussions focused on the format and dates of the exhibition, as well as on organizing a Turkmen–Iranian Business Council.

Particular attention was given to strengthening direct contacts between business communities of the two countries, developing mutual trade and economic relations, and expanding cooperation in sectors such as industry, construction, energy, transport, and logistics.

The Iranian side invited Turkmen business representatives to participate in international and specialized exhibitions held in Iran and expressed confidence that the “Iran Proje” exhibition would serve as an effective platform for enhancing business cooperation.

The previous edition of the “Iran Proje” exhibition was held on November 17, 2023.
