World-renowned martial arts icon and actor Jackie Chan has arrived in Baku to film key scenes for the upcoming international adventure film "Armour of God 4." According to reports from the Kazinform agency, the actor is scheduled to spend approximately ten days in the capital city of Azerbaijan.

The primary filming location for the blockbuster project is Kazakhstan, where key sequences have already been shot across the scenic landscapes of the Mangystau and Almaty regions. Azerbaijan was integrated into the project as a secondary filming location following a proposal by Kazakh film producers.

Co-produced by Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan, the project stands as one of the most ambitious cross-regional cinematic endeavors in Central Asia and the South Caucasus in recent years. "Armour of God 4" continues the iconic action franchise, marking Jackie Chan's return to his legendary character "Asian Hawk" after 13 years. The film is officially slated for a global theatrical release in 2027.
