Based on the court decision

We inform you about the public auction of the "Archabil" shopping market, located at house 17, Kerki Street, Turkmenabat city, Lebap velayat. The area of the 1st part (private cafe, shops, and sausage workshop) is 1,436.50 square meters; the area of the 2nd part (temporary trade and public service center, production premises) is 1,432 square meters. The auction will be held on March 4, 2026, at 11:00 AM at 82 "A" Magtymguly Pyragy Street, Turkmenabat city, Lebap velayat. The starting price of the shopping market for sale is 34,871,000 (thirty-four million eight hundred seventy-one thousand) manats.
