LIST of candidates registered for the elections of members of newly created district People's Councils (Halk Maslahaty) and a member of the regional People's Council for an electoral district to replace a member who resigned before the end of their term, to be held on March 29, 2026, in Lebap region.

3. Hojaniýazow Öktemjan Jumageldiýewiç, born in 1993 in Jendi village council of Farap district, teacher at secondary school No. 9 of Farap district, resident of Farap district.
