Lychee Lemonade

Lychee is not only suitable for sweet dishes but also serves as a base for homemade lemonade.

Ingredients:

• Lychee (fresh, with peel) – 250 g
• Sugar – 3 tablespoons
• Water – 500 ml
• Lemon – 1/2

Instructions:

1. First, prepare the lychee: peel off the thin skin and separate the white sweet pulp, then mash it.
2. Place the pulp in a suitable bowl and mash it (using a blender is easiest).
3. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the puree.
4. Add sugar and mix well.
5. Strain the mixture with warm water and let it sit for a short time.
6. Pour into a carafe and refrigerate until fully chilled.
7. Serve with ice cubes and garnish with lemon slices.
