MAX messenger has opened registration for users from Turkmenistan

Previously, the service was available for users from Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Georgia, as well as Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Turkey, UAE, and Laos. Turkmenistan is now added to this list.

To register, you need to download the MAX mobile or desktop app — creating a profile via the web is not possible. Registration is standard: the user enters their phone number, receives a 6-digit confirmation code via SMS, provides their name, and can optionally upload a profile picture.

In some regions, there are restrictions: users can communicate only with contacts they have added or those who wrote first; they cannot start a chat with unknown users or join group chats independently.
