Meeting Held in Ashgabat Between UN Resident Coordinator in Turkmenistan and Ambassadors of Central Asian Countries

Today, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Mähri Bäşimowa met with the UN Resident Coordinator in Turkmenistan Dmitriy Shlapachenko and the ambassadors of Central Asian countries to Turkmenistan. This was reported on the official website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.

According to the report, the parties discussed key areas of Turkmenistan’s cooperation with the UN and its specialized agencies.

The meeting also paid special attention to matters related to the preparation and successful conduct of the second regional training seminar for young diplomats and other civil servants from Central Asian countries, which will be held in Ashgabat in the near future.
