The first episode of a documentary-educational program titled "Taryh gözgüsi" (Mirror of History) has been premiered on the Turkmen platform "Belet." Musa Yusup serves as the host of the program.
The debut episode is dedicated to the history of the Turkmen people, covering a vast historical period. Viewers learned about the era of the Oghuz Yabgu State, as well as the Samanid, Ghaznavid, and Karakhanid states. Special attention in the episode is given to the history of the foundation of the Seljuk Empire, which is one of the most significant milestones in Turkmen history.
The program also provides information regarding the era of Seljuk Beg, his sons, and his grandsons.
A noteworthy feature of the episode is the detailed discussion of Seljuk symbols. Specifically, regarding the historical explanation of the tughra (seal) in the form of a double-headed eagle: it served as a symbol of control over all directions—the heads of the eagle facing different ways signified that nothing escaped their vigilance.
Currently, only the first episode of the "Taryh gözgüsi" program is available on the "Belet" platform. Information regarding the release dates of future episodes has not yet been provided.
