National and Modern Confectionery: The Main Decoration of the Festive Table

In these days of the year "The Fount of Wisdom of Magtymguly Pyragy" (2024)*, as the 33rd anniversary of our glorious Independence is being widely celebrated, the production of new cakes and confectionery products has been launched at the enterprise belonging to Alym Jorayev, a member of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan. The harmonious staff of this enterprise, located in the Sayat district of the Lebap region, prepares the most popular sweets under the brand name "Her gün" (Every Day). The fact that new products have already started being sent to the commercial points of the region confirms that the work here is organized and well-coordinated.

As is known, this enterprise has gained wide popularity in the eastern region of our country for the production of milk and dairy products. Products such as gatyk (yogurt), kefir, and sour cream, which are considered essential in our national cuisine—especially when preparing cookies and sweets—are the main goods produced by the enterprise. Currently, 2.5 tons of cow's milk are processed daily at the plant, from which high-quality cottage cheese, cheese, and other dairy products are prepared.

Modern technologies implemented in the production departments ensure that the products meet high-quality requirements. All stages, from the packaging of dairy products to the preparation of newly launched cakes and confectionery, are carried out using modern methods. This allows high-quality goods to be delivered to consumers.
