The event was organized by the "Turkmenfilm" association named after Oguzhan in Ashgabat. On the first day of the week, solemn events were centered at three main cinema venues in the capital of Turkmenistan. At the "Ashgabat" cinema, the feature film "Red Apple" (Gyzyl alma) by director Hekim Alowow was screened for the public. The film reveals the history of sincere feelings that emerged between Mergen and Alma.
Alongside this, a screening of the short feature film "Youth" (Ýaşlar) by director Isgendermuhammet Annamuhammedow was held at the "Watan" cinema-concert center. The director focuses on modern issues of raising the younger generation. The events related to the first feelings of young people and their unexpected and interesting situations are at the heart of the story. Great importance is given in the film to promoting national wedding traditions and customs passed down from generation to generation. Through the characters created by the actors, the idea of the necessity of following a healthy lifestyle and respecting family values is put forward.
At the third major venue of the first day, the "Turkmenistan" cinema-concert center, a screening of the film "Destiny Written on Paper" (Kagyza ýazylan ykbal) by director Sapardurdy Annaýew was organized.
