Entrance exams for secondary vocational education institutions for the year 2026 have concluded in Turkmenistan. Document submissions from applicants were accepted until August 17, and entrance exams were held on August 24 with the participation of a state commission and public observation.
This year, a total of 10,879 applicants became students of secondary vocational schools. Of these, 1,550 will study at the expense of the state budget, and 9,329 on a paid basis.
The increase in the number of accepted students expands the opportunities for youth to obtain vocational education, develop professional skills in their chosen fields, and master professions in demand on the labor market.
Young specialists trained in secondary vocational education institutions will form the core of skilled workforce in the future, making a worthy contribution to the development of various sectors of our country.
