The publication of new teaching aids once again clearly demonstrates the consistent development of scientific and methodological work carried out at the Seyitnazar Seydi Turkmen State Pedagogical Institute. These publications, prepared by the institute’s faculty members, are aimed at improving the educational level of the younger generation, organizing the teaching and learning process in a modern way, and enhancing instruction in line with contemporary educational standards.
Among the new publications, a special place is occupied by the teaching aid “Turkmen–Persian Conversational Dictionary”, co-authored by Arzuw Setdarova, a lecturer at the Department of Oriental Languages and Literature and Methods of Teaching, and Omargeldi Myradyov, Chief Specialist of the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan. This guide is intended for students and learners studying the Persian language and provides ample opportunities to develop speaking skills, expand vocabulary, and master commonly used expressions in everyday communication. The publication has been prepared in accordance with modern linguistic and methodological requirements.
In addition, the textbook “Social Studies” (Obshchestvovedenie), intended for 12th-grade students of Russian-language schools, has been published. It was co-authored by senior lecturers of the Department of Social Sciences — Candidate of Philosophical Sciences Peyshenbay Aydogdyyev, Candidate of Philosophical Sciences Hurmagul Jumabayeva, Associate Professor and Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences Gochmyrat Hanov — together with the Director of the Institute of Democracy and Law, Doctor of Philosophical Sciences Yagmyr Nuryyev. The textbook comprehensively presents the subject content, promotes a scientific understanding of social phenomena, fosters civic awareness, and enhances students’ legal culture.
The publication of these teaching aids and textbooks is a clear example of the successful implementation of state policy aimed at developing the education system, improving teachers’ professional qualifications, and providing modern education to the younger generation.
