New Techniques in International Law: Exemplary Lessons from Scientists of the Eurasian National University
On May 14, 2026, an important training session was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan (IIR MFA) for students studying international relations and law. The event, organized with the participation of leading scholars from the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University of the Republic of Kazakhstan, was another milestone in the scientific and educational diplomacy between the two brotherly nations.
The lectures, led by prominent Kazakh scholars, covered essential topics:
- Subtleties of Diplomacy: Methods of conducting negotiations and reaching agreements in modern international relations.
- Ethnopolitical Management: The importance of maintaining peace and stability in multi-ethnic societies.
- Intercultural Dialogue: Solving global issues through the interaction of different cultures and values in international practice.
This experience enriched young lawyers and diplomats with theoretical knowledge and inspired them to engage actively in research and the global educational space.
