Oguljahan Atabayeva Awarded the Honorary Title of Doctor Honoris Causa

Within the framework of celebrations marking the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s Permanent Neutrality, a significant event of great public importance took place.

Oguljahan Atabayeva, Vice President for Medical Affairs of the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship, was awarded the honorary doctoral degree Doctor Honoris Causa by decision of the College of Academic Degree Holders of the Lyon Business School of the French Republic.
