Our Year’s Motto — The Lamp of Our Way

Azat Kulyyev, Deputy Director for Educational Work of the specialized 37th secondary school with intensive study of foreign languages of Kerki district: Recently, a musical and ceremonial event titled "The Flying Wings of My Independent Era — The Nation’s Dream Winged Horse" was held at the specialized 37th secondary school of Kerki district on the occasion of naming the year 2026 as "Independent, Eternal Neutral Turkmenistan — The Land of Prosperity" (literally: "The Land of Swift Steeds of Desires"). The school director, Mergen Abdyllayev, opened the event and introduced the guests to the students.

Then, the guests of the ceremony — Arzuw Rahmanowa, Chairperson of the Kerki District Council of the Magtymguly Youth Organization; Dowrangeldi Agalyyev, Executive Secretary of the "Türkmen dünýäsi" newspaper and Honored Journalist of Turkmenistan; Odegeldı Kulyyev, special correspondent of the "Türkmen gündogary" newspaper and writer, and others — gave impressive speeches about the deep philosophical meaning of the year’s motto, and the significant role of our sacred Independence, eternal Neutrality, and our thoroughbred steeds in the happy life of our state and people. Throughout the ceremony, poems dedicated to the motto of the new year, songs performed by high school students, and the Kushtdepdi dance left an unforgettable impression on everyone. The speeches and songs performed during this very moving event were woven with heartfelt words of gratitude to the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Hero Arkadag, and our esteemed President, Arkadagly Hero Serdar.
