Phone Conversation Between Turkmenistan’s Foreign Minister and the U.S. Secretary of State

It was emphasized that Turkmenistan is firmly committed to the principles of preventive diplomacy based on its widely supported policy of neutrality by the international community, and it believes in the effectiveness of diplomatic methods in resolving any international issues.

During the conversation, the strategy for further cooperation between Turkmenistan and the United States was discussed.
