Significant results have been achieved in processing hydrocarbon raw materials and manufacturing various petroleum products at the Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries (TNGIZT) under the "Turkmennebit" State Concern. Polypropylene, one of the most in-demand products globally, is produced at this manufacturing complex.

Equipped with technology and machinery that fully meet international standards, the facility has an annual production capacity of 90,000 tons of polypropylene.

The plant produces 300 tons of polypropylene granules per day, which are packaged in 25-kilogram bags. During the reported period of 2026, 36,800 tons of polypropylene were produced here. This figure represents a 102.4% fulfillment of the production plan, as reported by the Turkmenistan newspaper.
