
On February 4, 2026, the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Ukraine held a presentation in Kyiv of the book by the President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, entitled “Neutrality of Turkmenistan – a Clear Path to Peace and Trust.” This was reported by the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Ukraine.
The event was organized as part of the Embassy’s activities aimed at widely promoting Turkmenistan’s foreign policy course, its international initiatives, the country’s contribution to strengthening international dialogue, peace and security, as well as the development of multilateral diplomacy, humanitarian cooperation, and sustainable development.
The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to Ukraine, Toyly Atayev, emphasized that this book by President Serdar Berdimuhamedov is a valuable work that, from a deep political and philosophical perspective, reveals the foundations of Turkmenistan’s foreign policy, the international recognition of its permanent neutrality, and the successful implementation of this policy under current global challenges.
During the event, diplomats of the Embassy also delivered speeches highlighting the key concepts presented in the book, its significance for Turkmenistan’s current development path, and the role of youth in implementing the strategic objectives set by the respected President.
As part of the event, national melodies were performed on the dutar, and a photo exhibition dedicated to the Independence, Neutrality, and achievements of Turkmenistan was organized.
In addition, on the same day, the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Ukraine hosted an event with the participation of Turkmen youth, students, and members of the diaspora to mark the launch of activities dedicated to the 2026 motto “Independent, Permanently Neutral Turkmenistan – the Land of Swift Progress toward Noble Goals,” as well as the celebration of the 35th anniversary of the Independence of Turkmenistan.
