
In the capital, international-level oncology, pediatrics, and dentistry centers are also being built at an accelerated pace. Additionally, a new 400-bed building complex is being constructed at the "Archman" health resort.
The President stated that in the near future, new facilities will be laid for the multipurpose hospital of the Myrat Garryyev State Medical University, a new campus for the Indira Gandhi Ashgabat Medical College, a multipurpose hospital in Ashgabat, and another in Tejen city of Ahal province.
Plans also include building international oncology centers in Mary, Balkan, and Lebap provinces, and a Maternal and Child Health Center in Dashoguz province.
Special focus is also placed on the development of transportation infrastructure. Construction of a road bridge over the Garabogazköl Bay is ongoing. Soon, the Mary–Turkmenabat section of the Ashgabat–Turkmenabat high-speed highway will be opened for public use.
These projects reflect Turkmenistan’s ongoing efforts to modernize its healthcare, education, and transportation sectors.
