Procedure for Purchasing Tickets for the “Arkadag” — “Al-Nassr” Match

Tickets for the match between the football teams “Arkadag” and “Al-Nassr” are available online. Tickets can be purchased only via the official website ashgabat.gov.tm or the “Sanly şäher” mobile app.

Purchase Steps:

1. Read and accept the ticket purchase agreement.
2. Complete registration: provide your phone number and pass the CAPTCHA verification.
3. Receive an SMS code at 0748 and enter it to confirm.
4. Select the number of tickets and a sector on the stadium’s interactive map (seats are allocated automatically).
5. Fill in ticket holders’ information: full name, passport/birth certificate number, and photo.
6. Choose your bank, solve a simple math problem, and proceed to payment.
7. Confirm payment via the SMS code sent to the cardholder’s phone.
8. After successful payment, your personal account will display all tickets for download and use at the stadium.

Important: each ticket is linked to the holder’s document; bring a passport or birth certificate on match day.
