Respect for the Sanctity of the Mother

Yesterday, a ceremonial conference titled "A Mother's Lullaby — The Most Perfect Work" was held at the Center of Public Organizations on the occasion of International Women's Day. During the conference, jointly organized by the Halk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan, the Mejlis, the Ministry of Culture, the Secretariat of the National Commission of Turkmenistan for UNESCO, and the Central Council of the Women's Union, speeches were heard regarding the great importance given to the development of women's handicrafts in the modern era.

The celebration, which continued with musical performances, began with a literary-musical composition prepared with the participation of artists. It featured presentations related to the work carried out by the women of our country in various fields of social life, the transition of handicrafts from generation to generation, and the importance of upbringing and family values. Speakers during the ceremonial conference touched upon the respect shown to women in our country, the significance of their handicrafts, and how mothers approach the upbringing of the generation very responsibly, in accordance with the noble traditions created by our people. In this regard, it was emphasized that maternal tenderness and their principles of upbringing play a crucial role in educating the youth. The origins of showing deep respect and honor to our dear mothers and women in our Homeland stretch back over millennia.

The songs and music played during the ceremonial conference reflected the reality of the high respect for the dignity of women in our country and their role in raising children in the national spirit. Today, these noble principles and good traditions originating from the depths of centuries are being developed at a modern level. In particular, the speeches mentioned the sanctity of the mother's lullaby, in which dreams of a person's happy life find expression. Furthermore, the speakers emphasized that respecting the work and artistic creativity of the women of our country has become one of the priority directions of state policy.

Noting that the efforts of mothers play a vital role in the harmonious development of society, in further strengthening our national unity and solidarity, and in raising the young generation in the spirit of patriotism and loyalty to the family hearth, the speakers expressed their gratitude to our esteemed President and Hero-Arkadag for the state-level importance given to the prosperity of these endeavors.
