The year 2025, written in golden letters in history, was successfully completed by the teachers and students of the Turkmen State Pedagogical Institute named after Seyitnazar Seydi. They contributed to the implementation of the President’s initiatives to protect the environment and treat it with care through their scientific research. Among those involved, the researcher of the Department of Biology and its teaching methodology, Diyar Ykhtiyarov, played a significant role.
The results of the young teacher’s research over the past year are especially impressive. At the beginning of the year, his work “Strengthening Ecological Well-being of the States along the Great Silk Road” was submitted to an international competition jointly held by the Uzbekistan Academy of Sciences and the Youth Support Council, winning both the Winner’s Diploma and the distinction “For Diligent Effort.” Furthermore, D. Ykhtiyarov took first place at the international scientific competition “Current Issues of Modern Science — 2025” held by Volgograd State Social-Pedagogical University (Russia), and second place at the essay contest of the A.D. Sakharov International Ecological Institute (Belarus).
Notably, the young teacher’s scientific approaches are multi-faceted. His projects cover topics such as “Innovative Methods for Teaching Natural Sciences”, “Tuberculosis Control Measures and Rational Use of TB Water”, and “The Role of Turkmenistan’s Ecology in Achieving Sustainable Development”. Last year, he was also awarded a winner’s diploma in the photo competition “Amu Darya: A View through the Lens”, organized jointly by the German International Cooperation Society (GIZ) and Turkmenistan’s State Water Committee.
By conducting scientific work with students in practice, Diyar Ykhtiyarov helps reinforce theoretical knowledge and mentors a number of diligent young researchers. We wish the young teacher further success in the scientific world and continuous professional growth.
