The representative office of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in Turkmenistan and its Trade Facilitation Programme, together with the Central Bank of Turkmenistan, organized a professional seminar titled "International Trade Finance: Fundamentals, Instruments, Compliance, and Best Practices."
The main goal of the seminar was to enhance the professional level of banking specialists and private sector representatives in using modern financial instruments. During the training, participants deepened their knowledge of documentary letters of credit, studied current compliance requirements and international standards, and familiarized themselves with global best practices in trade finance.
Furthermore, participants were given the opportunity to establish new business contacts to foster future cooperation.
