Oguljan Jumayeva, librarian of Specialized School No. 39 in Turkmenabat: The remarkable book “Turkmenistan’s Neutrality — The Clear Path of Peace and Trust”, born from the precious wisdom of our respected President, encompasses the historical path of the Turkmen people, national cultural identity, and traditions. The book clearly reveals the specific directions of our country’s domestic and foreign policy, the value of our eternal neutrality, and its clear purpose. Like every book gifted by our esteemed President to the people, it is an extremely valuable guide for educators.
Knowledge begins with a book. Through these books, we open up a new world and broaden our horizons. During the Revival of the New Era of the Glorious State, modern schools provide great opportunities for youth to study. All educational institutions have well-stocked libraries so students can spend their free time productively. These libraries contain both scientific publications and literary works.
The excellent works of our President not only enrich libraries but also spark great interest among readers. This book, rich in historical information, is a valuable guide for both students and teachers conducting various scientific research.
As noted in the book, neutrality is one of the political traditions inherent to our ancestors. Historical sources emphasize that the Turkmen people and their rulers always placed great importance on mutual respect and trust. Our wise forefathers prioritized not only their own peaceful and prosperous life but also the unity and cohesion of other peoples, states, and clans.
The respected President highlights that the humanitarian nature of Turkmenistan’s neutrality is rooted in the state governance philosophy of our ancestors, where great strategy relied not only on military power but also on wisdom and geopolitical balance: “This feature was particularly evident in the foreign policy of the powerful Turkmen states such as Parthia, Margush, and Konye-Urgench. Historical sources demonstrate not only their struggle against strong empires but also their highly intelligent diplomatic principles, which directed international relations positively. The policy of neutrality, one of the most perfect examples of our traditions, was first legally implemented by the Parthian state on the global stage.”
We express our gratitude to the Hero Arkadag, who honors our ancient traditions and raises the international prestige of our country. May our Hero Arkadag and respected President enjoy health and success, and may their works for the benefit of the people always be fruitful!
