The Embassy of Azerbaijan in Turkmenistan hosted an Iftar dinner

The Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Turkmenistan hosted an Iftar dinner at the "Yyldyz" Hotel in Ashgabat on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan (Oraza).

At the event, Ambassador Gismat Gozalov welcomed the guests and congratulated the participants on the beginning of the month of Ramadan. In his speech, the Ambassador noted that this holy month is an important symbol of spiritual renewal, unity, and mutual support in the Islamic world. He emphasized that the month of Ramadan contributes to the strengthening of friendship and understanding between people. At the same time, he mentioned that religious traditions are highly respected in both countries and that holding such events is of great importance in sharing cultural and spiritual values.

The Iftar dinner was attended by the Grand Mufti of Turkmenistan, Yalkap Hojagulyyev, as well as ambassadors of Muslim states and representatives of diplomatic missions accredited in our country.

During the event, guests were served various dishes and sweets reflecting the rich traditions of Azerbaijani national cuisine.
