The Head of State Signed a Decree on the Appointment and Dismissal of Prosecutors

In accordance with Article 16 of the Law of Turkmenistan “On the Prosecutor’s Office of Turkmenistan,” by the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country, Serdar Berdimuhamedov:

• First-class lawyer Eziz Bashimdurdyyevich Agayev has been appointed Deputy Prosecutor General of Turkmenistan and relieved of his post as Prosecutor of Koneurgench district of Dashoguz province;
• Justice Advisor Begench Bashimgulyevich Yowshanov has been appointed Deputy Prosecutor of Ahal province and released from his position as Prosecutor of Etrek district of Balkan province;
• Justice Advisor Serdar Babajanovich Charyyev has been appointed Deputy Prosecutor of Dashoguz province and relieved of his post as Deputy Prosecutor of Balkan province;
• Junior Justice Advisor Nurmuhammet Meretseyidovich Saparlyyev has been appointed Deputy Prosecutor of Balkan province;
• Second-class lawyer Chynar Amangulyevich Imamgulyyev has been appointed Prosecutor of Kopetdag district of Ashgabat city;
• Second-class lawyer Babanepes Kemal ogly Ballyyev has been appointed Prosecutor of Etrek district of Balkan province;
• Second-class lawyer Abahajy Jumadurdyyevich Abayev has been appointed Prosecutor of Koneurgench district of Dashoguz province;
• Due to the expiration of his term of office, Justice Advisor Rakhim Hekimovich Atayev has been relieved of his position as Deputy Prosecutor General of Turkmenistan.
