The National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow made a working trip to Arkadag city. Here, Hero-Arkadag got acquainted with the design drawings of buildings planned for construction in the next phase of developing the city, information on their decoration features, and held a working meeting with the participation of relevant officials.

Religious representative Ý. Hojagulyýew was also invited to the working meeting. He delivered the joyful news that, taking into account proposals received from our entire people, a decision was made to name the mosque under construction in Arkadag city, designed for 30,000 people, "Arkadagyň ruhy metjidi", and that this decision has been registered by the country's Ministry of Justice and formalized in the prescribed manner.

Haji-Arkadag expressed his gratitude for this, thanked our entire people for the great trust placed in him, and prayed that the good deeds and prayers performed in the radiant mosque, considered the "House of Allah", be accepted by the Almighty.

During the working meeting, the Mayor (Hokim) of Arkadag city put forward a proposal to host a festive sadaqah on Friday at the "Märkaw" cultural and leisure center on the occasion of presenting the certificate naming the new mosque of the city "Arkadagyň ruhy metjidi".

The Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan approved the proposal and noted that there is deep meaning in holding the festive sadaqah on a Friday. The kind wishes expressed during it, blending with the good traditions of Friday prayers, will demonstrate the large-scale nature of the efforts being made in our country to promote good deeds.
