The President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree "On pardoning convicted persons on the occasion of the sacred Night of Omnipotence (Gadyr gijesi)"

Guided by the principles of mercy and humanism bequeathed by our great ancestors, with the aim of further strengthening the unity and integrity of Turkmen society and every family, and also on the occasion of the sacred Night of Omnipotence, the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed the Decree on pardoning 336 convicted citizens on the occasion of the sacred Night of Omnipotence. The pardoned citizens are released from further serving the main sentence in the form of imprisonment.
