Distinguished People! I sincerely congratulate you on the fact that, following the results of the Year of International Peace and Trust in the Era of the Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, the Koneurgench district of Dashoguz province achieved the highest results in all social, economic, and cultural indicators, being declared the winner of the competition, and the district administration was awarded a cash prize of 1 million US dollars.

In 2025, we achieved great progress by further strengthening the foundations of our Independence and Neutrality, which are the source of all our developments and successes, and by successfully implementing the goals we set for the benefit of our peaceful and happy life. In the past year, each day of which was glorified by events of national and international significance, we dynamically continued the construction of our new villages and cities, and created large industrial, energy, and transport-communication infrastructures. Based on the successful implementation of our humane principle "The Motherland is the Motherland only with its people! The State is the State only with its people!", our country has turned into a place of prosperity, eternal happiness, and great development.

Dear Compatriots! Koneurgench district of Dashoguz province is one of the dynamically developing districts of our country in social, economic, and cultural terms. The district's economy, agriculture, construction, culture, education, and healthcare systems are developing rapidly. Modern schools, kindergartens, sports complexes, and residential buildings have been built here, and the pace of work in this direction is being further strengthened. As a result of the state policy implemented to revive the industrial-production sector of our country, powerful industrial and production facilities with innovative technologies are being put into operation in this district, as in all regions, and new jobs are being created. The successes achieved by the workers of the district in growing abundant harvests of wheat, cotton, fruits, and vegetables, and in increasing the number of livestock are gratifying.

Ancient Koneurgench, located at the crossroads of the Great Silk Road, has a rich history and world-recognized archaeological and architectural monuments. The architectural art of the city of Koneurgench, included in the UNESCO World Heritage List, the Kutlug Timur minaret, the Turabeg Khanum mausoleum, the mausoleums of Il Arslan, Najmeddin Kubra, Tekesh, Sultan Ali, Piryar-veli, valuable archaeological finds, historical sources, and scientific works testify that ancient Koneurgench was a wealthy land in its time.

In this region of Dashoguz province, great work is being carried out in producing high-quality, ecologically clean, and competitive goods that substitute imported products, and in improving the quality of services provided to the population. In the Year of International Peace and Trust, on the eve of the 34th anniversary of our Independence, the opening of the Bitaraplyk settlement and automobile bridges in this district became another clear example of the successful implementation of our socio-economic reforms. Within the modern settlement, 400 comfortable residential houses, a kindergarten for 160 children, a secondary school for 420 students, a cultural center for 200 people, a celebration center "Toy Mekany" for 500 people, a health house, a shopping center, a service house, a communication department, and other socio-cultural and production facilities were built. The Bitaraplyk settlement is a unique expression of the rapid development of Independent and permanently Neutral Turkmenistan.

Dear Compatriots! Our main goal is to strengthen the foundation of a bright future by directing the high-aimed work carried out in our beloved Motherland for the benefit of the peaceful and happy life of our people. I firmly believe that the workers of Koneurgench district will continue to direct all their efforts and inspiration to the further prosperity of our Independent and permanently Neutral state. Following the words of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan, Hero-Arkadag: "Love for the Motherland is the greatest love for a human being. It is a sacred love. Love for the Motherland adorns a person's entire life. For a human being, there is no sanctity higher than the Motherland, no value greater than the Motherland. To be happy, one must love the Motherland. The best of manners is to love the Motherland," it is the sacred duty of all of us to achieve even greater success with our great love for the Motherland.
