I sincerely congratulate you on the sacred Oraza Bayramy, one of the most ancient holidays that spreads moral and spiritual purity throughout the world. In this year, I firmly believe that the meaningful events dedicated to Oraza Bayramy will further elevate the patriotism, creative inspiration, and labor enthusiasm of our brave people, who take infinite pride in the prestige and glory of our beloved Homeland.

Perfected over centuries and passed down from generation to generation, Oraza Bayramy celebrates humanism and goodwill. The immense significance of this holiday is felt even more clearly in our days. In the Era of the Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, it is further enriched in terms of meaning and content. Oraza Bayramy holds a worthy place in inspiring our people toward creative works and new achievements, and especially in fostering a sense of great pride in our past and noble qualities in our youth.

In the year of the 35th anniversary of our Motherland's Independence, during this holy month of physical and spiritual purification, fasting was observed according to mandatory and essential principles, Tarawih prayers were performed, and prayers were offered for the peace, prosperity, and well-being of the nation. Oraza Bayramy is being widely welcomed with high spirits in Ashgabat, the capital of our country, which is confidently advancing toward new heights of progress, in the beautiful city of Arkadag, where modern digital technologies, ecological well-being, and traditions of national architecture are harmoniously integrated, and in our cities and villages where a happy life thrives. Following our noble traditions inherited from our courageous ancestors, which resonate with the spirit of the current era, prayers are offered for the further enhancement of our Independent, permanently Neutral state's reputation in the world and for the prosperity of the country. This confirms that our national principles, holidays, and customs—which are the foundation of our patriotism, humanism, statehood, and stability—are being worthily continued, and our society is becoming even more united and revitalized.

In the Era of the Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, by worthily continuing our traditions of peace-loving, goodwill, and brotherhood, we conduct a policy that meets the interests of the national and international community. All of this testifies to the successful implementation of work based on national and universal values and humanitarian traditions for the sake of the great future of our beloved Homeland, the happiness of our dear people and all humanity, and world peace. Oraza Bayramy also contributes to the strengthening of peace and prosperity, the further rapprochement of peoples, the empowerment of our mighty Motherland, and the triumph of our national traditions.
