
Last week, 21 transactions were registered at the trades of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan.
For foreign currency, representatives of the business communities of the United Arab Emirates, Turkey, and Uzbekistan purchased urea produced at the enterprises of the "Türkmenhimiýa" State Concern, as well as base oil produced by the "Türkmennebit" State Concern. Additionally, cotton yarn, textile products, and an alcoholic solution of iodine were sold to entrepreneurs from Turkey, the UAE, and Kyrgyzstan. The total value of the transactions amounted to more than 12 million 258 thousand US dollars.
For the domestic market, local entrepreneurs purchased base oil, polypropylene, heating oil ("Türkmennebit" State Concern), aerated concrete blocks, wheat flour, and cotton yarn for a total amount of more than 44 million 302 thousand manats.
