
Entrepreneur Guwanç Akyniýazow, a member of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan (UIET), has launched the production of food additives made from natural products for various dishes. The entrepreneur shared this information with the "Business Turkmenistan" online publication on Tuesday during the exhibition held in Ashgabat to mark the 18th anniversary of UIET.
Currently, the entrepreneur produces six types of these food additives, including universal dry seasonings, specific blends for chicken, fish, meat, and shashlik, as well as onion salt and lemon salt.
Entrepreneur Guwanç Akyniýazow operates in the Akgoňur farmers' association of the Gökdepe district in the Ahal region. He stated that the raw materials for the "SeDi" brand food additives are grown in his own greenhouse, then dried and processed into seasonings for various dishes.
"Currently, 'SeDi' brand food additives are available on the domestic market and are in high demand among consumers," noted Guwanç Akyniýazow.
The Turkmen entrepreneur plans to increase the variety of his products in the future.
The exhibition dedicated to the 18th anniversary of the establishment of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan (UIET) began on Tuesday at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Ashgabat and will continue until March 19.
