Turkmen Pilgrims Departed for Hajj

A large group of Turkmen pilgrims departed for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to perform the Hajj pilgrimage. The news was reported by the “Watan” news program.

Before their departure, the pilgrims visited the Hezreti Omar Mosque in Ashgabat. Ahead of Eid al-Adha, one of the most important Muslim holidays, citizens representing all regions of the country and the capital will stay in Mecca and Medina alongside millions of pilgrims from around the world to honor the holy Kaaba and perform other sacred rituals.
